About Me
Hi my names Max I am 17, I have been fishing for 9 years and I am addicted to carp fishing, and with my site i hope to bring carp anglers together to share news, story’s, ideas and techniques to ultimately make us all great carp anglers.
My fishing story started like many, walking by a river seeing some old timer catching a perch and thinking that i would like to give that a try. Then the passion of your first fish, gets you hooked! You strive for something bigger until it becomes an obsession, and the thrill of the sound of your bite alarms going crazy. This is a felling that can not be described and only you anglers out there will know what i mean.
Now here i am making this site, an obsession you may think, but fishing is a lifestyle.

My advice to you Max would be not to reveal your venues on the river (please dont be taken in or be niave to the carp magazines) or your favourite stretches will become flooded by loads of noddies – giving away tactics is fine but never never give away venues – stretches of river to anyone but your friends trust me on this one as it will really really ruin your fishing and change the venue for ever….just my opinion but I learnt the hard way mate and dont want you to do the same. Commercials like Linear, Linch Hill, The monument , Cuttle mill etc are fine but not the river mate.
im a new carp fisher i started last summber as a corse fisher man but then became a carper i use a pod with 3 gold captor rods and 3 zero360 reels andsome zero bitealarms whith aa reciver i have nevver been to many fisherys only weston lawns and holyherst laks for bai i try anything i have with me

we had a trip to Furnace lakes in sussex last week 180 mile away from where i live but a 65lb catfish and a 28 lb common carp made it all worth it
